The empires of China’s Muslim history—the
Mongols and others—have left an indelible
impression on Asia’s cuisine. As soon as one
comes to Qing Zhen, they’re reminded of this special
culture and its culinary influence. there is an aura of
peace and tranquillity as one enters Qing Zhen and
soaks up the ambience of islamic architecture and
soft Chinese music. this Chinese Muslim restaurant
is the first of its kind that’s housed in an upper-end
hotel and features unique cuisines that are cooked
and served on utensils specially imported from
China. the intricate woodwork which resembles the
décors of Chinese mosques, were also brought in
from China to add to the authenticity of Qing Zhen.
the restaurant can seat 140 diners in the main area
and has two rooms for private dining. |
