Entering the Emperor is like walking into a
palace courtyard, strolling across a miniature
bridge over a pond filled with nine carp—
across the bridge a dining experience fit for royalty.
this traditionally themed restaurant offers delicious
dishes such as its signature sautéed prawns with
oriental buttered sauce and baked codfish; a range
of special, mouth-watering dishes and desserts
from ingredients like durian, lemongrass and
peppermint to name a few. that could account for
the imagination put into this year’s Festival Menu,
a symphony of tastes that will thrill any diner. the
